My name is Dawn Michelle. I am a full time Multimedia Specialist, mother of 3 and owner of an online business called www.BabySproutNaturals.com. My online storefront specializes in safe, non-toxic, earth friendly products for babies and small children. I pride myself for hand selecting merchandise that is no-toxic, organic and is heald to the highest of standards. Somehow this just isn’t enough. When one of my vendors notified me of the CPSIA I had to do something.  This Act is an outrage and may serious impact the success or continuation of my business. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has inadvertently targeted small retail stores and manufacturers when they really should be targeting big import companies that get their products from overseas. As my vendor put it CPSIA is the new Bankruptsy act of 2009!
